Bunny Oreo Balls (Printable)

No-bake Oreo and cream cheese truffles dipped in white chocolate, decorated as cute bunnies with marshmallow ears and sweet faces.

# What You Need:

→ Oreo Mixture

01 - 36 Oreo cookies (about 10.5 ounces)
02 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

→ Coating

03 - 14 ounces white chocolate or white candy melts

→ Decorations

04 - 48 mini marshmallows for bunny ears
05 - Pink sanding sugar or edible pink gel for ears and nose
06 - 48 mini chocolate chips or edible black marker for eyes
07 - 24 pink heart sprinkles or pink M&M minis for noses
08 - 24 mini white marshmallows for tails, optional

# Directions:

01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
02 - Process Oreo cookies in a food processor until reduced to fine crumbs.
03 - Add softened cream cheese to the crumbs and process until completely combined into a thick, uniform dough.
04 - Scoop tablespoon-sized portions and roll into smooth balls. Arrange on the prepared baking sheet.
05 - Freeze the formed balls for 20 to 30 minutes until firm throughout.
06 - Melt white chocolate or candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring at 30-second intervals until completely smooth.
07 - Dip each chilled ball into melted chocolate, using a fork to lift and allowing excess coating to drip off before returning to the baking sheet.
08 - While coating remains unset, cut mini marshmallows diagonally for ears, dip sticky sides in pink sugar or gel, and attach to ball tops. Add chocolate chip eyes, heart sprinkle noses, and marshmallow tails.
09 - Refrigerate decorated balls for at least 30 minutes until coating is fully set.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • No oven required, which means you can make these even when your kitchen already has three other things baking for a holiday gathering
  • The decorating process is genuinely fun—my kids fight over who gets to attach the marshmallow ears, and the results are charmingly imperfect in the best way
02 -
  • Work in small batches when decorating—I tried dipping all the balls first once and ended up with hardened chocolate that wouldn't hold the ears, so now I dip and decorate 6 at a time
  • If your coating gets too thick while you're working, microwave it in 10 second bursts to loosen it back up without scorching the chocolate
03 -
  • Use a cookie scoop instead of a tablespoon for perfectly uniform balls that look professional and cook evenly
  • Let the dipped balls sit for about 60 seconds after dipping before adding decorations—the coating should still be tacky but not so wet that everything slides around
