01 - In a food processor or high-speed blender, combine avocados, cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
02 - Process mixture until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down sides as necessary. Adjust sweetness to taste.
03 - Divide the mousse evenly among four serving glasses or bowls.
04 - Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up consistency and develop flavors.
05 - Just before serving, garnish each portion with fresh raspberries, and optionally sprinkle with dark chocolate shavings and mint leaves.
