# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The earthy bitterness of matcha balanced with banana creates a flavor that wakes you up without the coffee jitters.
  • It takes exactly five minutes from thought to first sip, which is faster than waiting in any cafe line.
02 -
  • Sifting the matcha before adding it prevents those stubborn little green clumps that no amount of blending seems to fully eliminate.
  • Frozen banana transforms the texture from good to milkshake-level thick, and it is a trick I wish someone had told me about years ago.
03 -
  • Add the matcha after the liquids so it does not stick to the bottom corners where the blades cannot reach.
  • A tiny pinch of salt sounds weird but it tames bitterness and makes every other flavor pop in a way that will surprise you.
