02 - Spoon 2 to 3 tablespoons of Greek yogurt into the base of each parfait glass or small jar to create the first layer.
03 - Scatter a generous layer of mixed berries over the yogurt, then drizzle lightly with honey or maple syrup.
04 - Add a layer of granola on top of the fruit to provide texture.
05 - Continue alternating layers of yogurt, berries with sweetener, and granola until the containers are filled, finishing with a final layer of berries and granola.
06 - Top each parfait with chopped nuts and fresh mint leaves if desired. Serve immediately.
