Greek Yogurt Parfait Layers (Printable)

# What You Need:

→ Dairy

01 - 2 cups plain Greek yogurt

→ Fruit

02 - 1 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

→ Sweeteners

03 - 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

→ Grains

04 - 1 cup granola

→ Optional Toppings

05 - 2 tbsp chopped nuts (almonds or walnuts)
06 - 1 tbsp chia seeds
07 - Zest of 1 lemon

# Directions:

01 - Rinse berries thoroughly and pat dry with paper towels. Hull strawberries and slice into quarters.
02 - Distribute 2-3 tablespoons of Greek yogurt into the bottom of each parfait glass.
03 - Drizzle a small amount of honey or maple syrup over the yogurt layer in each glass.
04 - Place a handful of mixed fresh berries on top of the sweetened yogurt in each glass.
05 - Sprinkle 2-3 tablespoons of granola over the berry layer in each glass.
06 - Repeat the layering sequence—yogurt, sweetener, berries, granola—until glasses are completely filled, leaving space at the rim.
07 - Top each parfait with remaining granola, chopped nuts, chia seeds, and lemon zest if using.
08 - Serve immediately for optimal crunch, or refrigerate for 15-30 minutes for a softer, melded texture.
