02 - Blend on high speed until completely smooth and frothy, approximately 30-45 seconds.
03 - Pour mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a pitcher, pressing firmly to extract all liquid while removing pulp and skins.
04 - Taste the strained beverage and add additional sugar or lime juice as needed to balance sweetness and acidity.
05 - Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled or pour immediately over ice cubes in glasses.
06 - Top with fresh mint leaves or additional grapes for presentation if desired.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • It comes together in literally ten minutes with zero cooking required
  • The flavor is pure grape essence without any artificial aftertaste
02 -
  • Do not skip straining because the pulp texture will feel gritty and unpleasant in your mouth
  • Green grapes make a lighter more delicate drink while red grapes give you that gorgeous purple color and slightly bolder flavor
03 -
  • Frozen grapes blend better than fresh ones and act like tiny ice cubes that do not water down your drink
  • Add the sugar gradually because you can always add more but you cannot take it back
