- Gently fold the diced strawberries, blueberries, and mango into the yogurt mixture using a spatula, taking care not to crush the fruit pieces.
- Drop heaping tablespoons of the yogurt-fruit mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each bite to prevent sticking during freezing.
- Sprinkle each bite generously with mini dark chocolate chips or chopped nuts if desired, pressing them lightly into the surface to adhere.
- Transfer the baking sheet to the freezer and chill for at least 2 hours or until the bites are completely firm and set throughout.
- Once fully frozen, remove the bites from the baking sheet and transfer to an airtight container. Keep stored in the freezer until ready to serve.
