# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The combination of fresh dill and lemon makes the house smell incredible while it bakes
  • Its nearly impossible to mess up and comes out perfectly flaky every single time
02 -
  • Dry your salmon fillets thoroughly, any moisture on the surface will prevent the herb mixture from adhering properly
  • The fish continues cooking after you pull it from the oven, so take it out when it's slightly underdone rather than overdone
03 -
  • Set your timer for the lower end of the range, you can always add more minutes but you can't undo dry fish
  • Room temperature salmon cooks more evenly, so take it out of the fridge fifteen minutes before baking
