# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • It comes together in under ten minutes but tastes like something youd order at a fancy tropical resort bar
  • The combination is naturally dairy free and vegan but nobody will miss a thing
  • You can easily transform it into a cocktail with just one splash of rum
02 -
  • Chilling your coconut milk beforehand makes a huge difference in texture and prevents the drink from tasting watery
  • If using fresh lychees instead of canned, add an extra tablespoon of sweetener since you wont have that syrup
  • The drink separates slightly if it sits too long, so serve immediately and give it a quick stir if needed
03 -
  • Give your coconut can a good shake before opening, sometimes the cream settles at the bottom
  • Run your blender for an extra ten seconds longer than you think you need to get it really frothy
  • Cold glasses make all the difference, stick them in the freezer for ten minutes before serving
